The Client

The Rhode Island Home Show is the longest-running consumer show of its kind. Now in its 69th year, the Home Show continues to grow, with focuses on energy, home technology, floral and garden components, and home design.

The Objective

The Rhode Island Home Show promoters called on PMC to help them achieve three goals: to drive ticket sales, secure quality sponsorship partners, and make certain that all messaging incorporated the several pillars of the show, to broaden the audience and vendor appeal.

THE Strategy

To achieve the objectives, PMC utilized the skills of our team members from several disciplines. The overall effort required coordination of media buying, creative design, social media management, and web maintenance. A key component was to maintain and coordinate the frequency of exposures across several channels — TV, radio, social media and outdoor.

THE OUTCOME

Through its partnership with PMC, the Rhode Island Home Show has seen a steady 10% – 20% growth in attendance year-over-year since 2012.

Social Media Campaign

The goal of the Total Package video was to capture the essence of this producer of specialty foods by creating a narrative that focuses on every facet of their operation, building to a climax of the finished plate that their efforts produce. PMC helped reinforce the brand image of excellence in all departments and commitment to customer service — and told the story that Sid Wainer provides customers with the best quality products and service so that they can provide guests in their restaurants the same experience.
